Enjoy retro style, amazing audio, and built-in dual voice assistants* anywhere in your home. With the JBL Authentics 300 speaker's leather-like enclosure, convenient metal handle, and built-in rechargeable battery, you can take your music with you—from the kitchen for your dinner-prep playlist to the bedroom for your wind-down podcast.

Right now, JBL's Authentics 200 and Authentics 300 speakers, which happens to be some of the most stylish smart speakers we've seen to date, are $100 off each. The Authentics 200 is $250, and the Authentics 300 is $350.

Both speakers feature dual 1-inch tweeters, a woofer (5-inch for the 200, 5.25-inch for the 300), and a passive radiator (6-inch for the 200, 6.5-inch for the 300). They have pretty good connectivity, too, with support for Wi-Fi (AirPlay, Chromecast built-in, Spotify Connect), Bluetooth 5.3, and Ethernet. They have support for both Google Assistant (presumably Gemini too once Google finishes migrating completely) and Amazon Alexa. Both models also boast automatic self-tuning to optimize audio performance based on placement.

The primary difference lies in portability. The Authentics 300 includes an integrated carrying handle and an 8-hour rechargeable battery, making it suitable for moving around the home. The Authentics 200 on the other hand doesn't have a battery, so you can't really move it from place. While the 300 has a slightly better bass response (45Hz vs. 50Hz) and higher power output (100W vs. 90W), the sound quality between the two is very similar.

It's a really high-quality speaker, and while it's not the biggest discount in the world, it makes for a really nice purchase if you've been looking for a speaker to take with you everywhere. Make sure to check if you're buying from Amazon before you hit order—the deal also available from other sellers, but you'll want to get it from Amazon directly.
